About Graybill Literacy and Learning Studio

Meet Courtnie Graybill, M.Ed

Founder. Educator. Advocate. Coach. Lifelong Learner.

Hi there! I’m Courtnie Graybill, founder of Graybill Literacy & Learning Studio. As a certified special education teacher and Orton-Gillingham reading specialist, I’ve spent my career helping students, from preschool to college, gain the skills, strategies, and confidence they need to succeed.

For me, this work is personal. I believe every student can thrive with the right support, and I’ve built GLLS to be a place where children are not only taught but also empowered. Whether it’s literacy intervention, executive functioning coaching, or navigating the college application process, we take a holistic, heart-centered approach that blends science-based methods with personalized care.

My team and I don’t just tutor—we coach students for success in school and in life. We offer a full continuum of academic services, including reading comprehension, writing, study skills, math, standardized test prep, and college application support. Every session is tailored, every goal is intentional, and every win—big or small—is celebrated.

  • I’ve seen what happens when a student gets the right support at the right time—it changes everything. A child who once dreaded reading now finishes chapter books with pride. A teen with executive functioning struggles begins turning in assignments on time. A high school senior walks into college with confidence. Those moments are why I do this.

At Graybill Literacy & Learning Studio, we believe in meeting every student where they are—academically, emotionally, and developmentally—and helping them move forward with purpose. With in-person sessions on the South Shore of Massachusetts and virtual options nationwide, we’re ready to support your child’s growth wherever you are.

Let’s connect. Let’s collaborate. Let’s help your student take flight.
